These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general
terms and conditions of your use of the

www.karika-vodice.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its
related products and services (collectively “Services”).

This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or
“your”) and this Website operator (“Operator”, “we”, “us” or
“our”).
By accessing and using the Website and Services, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be
bound by the terms of this Agreement.


BOOKING AND ORDERING
Offered services are presented on our website with detailed
descriptions and photographs as well as some user feedback.
Under every tour there are tabs with all program details including
available dates and prices to be booked online. Additional
information may be requested via email regarding any tourist
services for which the company is registered.
All of our services are held outdoors, therefore affected by
weather and traffic conditions and all other unforeseen
circumstances and therefore the tour guides may adjust the
itinerary to optimize your experience.
Agency ensures safety, security and privacy of all information and
purchases from users through our website. User’s data is secured
and managed by Agency. The person who makes the booking
accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group
and is responsible for all payments due.
You need to be at least 18 years of age to be able to make a
booking.


TERMS OF PAYMENT
For booking of our tours, the full amount will be charged upon
booking. Total amount of payment for the Services has to be
made at least one day before the date of the tour through PayPal
Inc. or Bank wire transfer.
After the payment is made, we will send a confirmation to the
user.


CANCELLATIONS TERMS
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel service, however
we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can
happen. We must receive your cancellation notice in writing by email. Your cancellation date/time will be the date/time on which
you send the notice.
• Cancellation by customer – Walking Tours
-Cancellation 7 days or longer prior to departure: no cancellation
fee.
-Cancellation 2 days to 7 days prior to departure: no cancellation
fee.
-Cancellation less than 1 days (24 h) prior to departure will be
charged 100%
• Cancellation by customer – Full Day service
-Cancellation 7 days or longer prior to departure – no charge
-Cancellation from 7 to 5 days prior to departure will be charged
30% of total cost
-Cancellation from 5 to 2 days prior to departure will be charged
50% of total cost
-Cancellation less than 2 days (48h) prior to departure will be
charged 100% of total cost
• No-show
No refunds are issued in the event user fail to participate the
booked service without reasonable and proved reason. `Noshow` will be charged 100%. No-show also includes meeting up
after departure time and failing to find the meeting place – it is
user responsibility to locate the correct meeting place and the
correct guide.
• Cancellation and changes by us

It is unlikely to happen, but we reserve the right to cancel or
make amendments to any service due to circumstances beyond
our control. Should such cancellations or significant amendments
occur, we will provide you with immediate notification. Such
cancellations or changes may occur due to circumstances, like:
-Limited attendees
Our scheduled service requires a minimum of 4 participants. If
this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the
service.You will be offered:
a) to use of service for the price of 4 participants (without
entrance fees)
b) to rebook to an alternative date
c) receiving a full refund.

-Operator has also right to cancel the service due to terrible
weather conditions, but user will be informed in an appropriate
time and money will be refunded or the service will be
rescheduled.
Participants are not entitled to claims for any additional
compensation by the agency, at the detriment of compensation.
OBLIGATIONS & LIABILITY
THE USER OBLIGATIONS
User is obliged to familiarize himself with the terms of sale for
each service, and to convey this information to other participants
user have booked/ordered on behalf of them.
Information of personal health and fitness level
– It is user and participants responsibility to make sure that
fitness level fits the recommended for service booked. Each
participant must inform the guide of medical conditions, illnesses
or disorders that may be relevant, for safety reasons.
It is obligation to comply with the instructions given by the guide
and each participant is obliged to follow any instructions given by
us and the guide.
Users are obligated to read information and advice about the
service they participate in and to dress according to weather
conditions. Agency denies any liability in that case.
During the tour, your tour guide may take photographs and films
of you (as part of a group) and these may be used in our
brochures, advertising and publicity material and/or social
networks.
The estimated duration of tours as indicated on our website are
standard times and can vary according to road or weather
conditions. Punctuality is our goal, however, delays may occur for
unforeseen reasons. We cannot be made responsible for losses
that a participant may face due to delay, regardless of whether
the loss is direct or indirect. We reserve the right to alter or
change the itinerary according to weather and road conditions.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
All outdoor activities like those we offer, carry inherent risks. We
operate a safety management system and always try to reduce
risk, however we cannot avoid all risk.
By participating in our service user acknowledge a degree of
personal risk. By booking or using a service with us user
acknowledge that participation in our activities involve risks
above and beyond those encountered on a conventional holiday.
We do not assume any responsibility for accidents that are
caused by participants by their own actions or are caused by
factors outside of human control (Force majeure).
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal
things or luggage. Smoking or alcohol consumption is not
permitted on any vehicle.

INSURANCE
Personal insurance is not included in the price for our tours. We
strongly recommend that you come to your holiday fully insured
to make sure that all of the activities which you will be carrying
out are covered by such insurance.If you want to comment our tours and services or give as an
advice, you can leave your comment on our web page or on
TripAdvisor. You can also send us an e-mail to karika@karika-vodice.com with your opinion.
If you are not happy with service provided, complaints must be
made immediately to our tour guide or in written by mail/e-mail, otherwise you forfeit the right to complain.

Your name, nationality, telephone number, email address and
details of the services you have purchased from us or which you
have enquired about.

information from us, contact us, make a booking, connect with us
via social media or by speaking to us.

We collect personal information only to the extent necessary to
deliver the services, products, or information you (or an agent or
other person booking on your behalf) request.

We will keep your data only for as long as it is necessary for the
particular purpose or purposes for which we hold it unless there
are any legal or operational reasons to hold it for a longer period.
At the end of that period the data that we hold will be securely
destroyed.
-Do we share your data with anyone?
We will share your personal information with our local suppliers
and our own guides as they will need that information in order to
perform services you have asked for. We also need to share
some of your information with selected third parties including
our accountant. When you book/order a trip or event with us
some of your data will be processed by our accountant. The
processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation
they are obliged to. Our accountant will keep these data for a
certain period. At the end of that period time the data will be
deleted. We do not share, sell, or rent information to any third
parties for the purposes of direct marketing.
-Access to, unsubscribing and correction of your personal

You may access, update, and/or correct all your personal
information at any time.
